「要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。」

「Stayed one night June 2024 on vacation. Decently priced basic hotel in the centre. Tidy room with a/c. Short walk to the nearest tram stop. Could stay again if visiting Le Mans. Parking provided in the nearby covered/access-controlled parking carage at a decent price.」

「Exceptionnel. Le lieu est magique, on y accède par un chemin entourée d’arbres, l’hôtel se trouve au milieu de la nature. Le parc est très beau ainsi que la bâtisse. La chambre était incroyable, immense et très belle. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit c’était tout simplement un endroit magique. Une mention spéciale pour le super accueil également.」

「We chose the hotel mainly because of the pool for our daughter. On the spot we were briefly informed that it was closed. Considering really hot weather it was disappointing. The rest was OK including kind stuff but an unnecessary detour outside Le Mans. 」
