「Beautiful clean, large apartment, 4 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins max from the centre of Chamonix. Lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Full facilities to cook etc and complimentary tea & coffee. We only stayed for 1 night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again and longer next time! 」

「Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...
