Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food.

The staff were very friendly at check-in, the chocolate chip cookie was a nice little extra too! The reception area was lovely and overall the hotel looked nice however, unfortunately our room and bathroom were quite small with a few cleanliness/hygiene issues (e.g., hairs on towels) and some repairs needed in the room (bottom of the shower was coming away from the wall, paint peeling etc). Overall, it was a fine stay for one night as we were attending an event nearby but not sure I’d stay for much longer and do think it was quite expensive for what you get.

A good stay, the reception staff were attentive and our dog was made to feel welcome. The room was large, far larger than most hotels. We stayed in October the room was rather warm at night, we tried to get the air conditioning running but no luck. I was told the following morning that it was only available in the Summer. Parking on site was good, no issues finding a space in the weekend we stayed. All in all a very good value stay.

Lovely hotel and pool spa facilities, nice touch to receive cookies as we checked in although we had to ask for them! I was surprised to be charged a service charge when ordering drinks at the bar! And the water temp kept changing when showering, didn’t use the restaurant but the clock tower next door offered very reasonably priced meals.
