「Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. 「Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.」

「For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. 「We had a lovely stay and thought the hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we were woken at about midnight by loud, screaming women outside, which went on for quite a long time! Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the car park. I have nothing against people having a good time, but think maybe a security guard could possibly prevent this from happening. We would stay at this hotel again but would request a room away from the car park/bar area.」
