"The hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle. My wife broke her leg and has limited mobility. Hôtel never answered my 3 e-mails through Expedia about the shuttle, they just don’t read them. Later they told me that I had to call. Which I tried to do when we’ve found out upon arrival that their last scheduled shuttle never came (their shuttle doesn’t run in the afternoon).
