「Loved staying here. My husband graduated BCT and we stayed here for the family weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely stay here again for AIT graduation」

「Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor.」

「I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all.」

「The staff were excellent!」

「The staff was extremely nice and friendly. That building is just old. A lot of the stuff inside the rooms was dirty outdated I think the door to the room that we were staying in was broken into wasn’t locking very good. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「As a hotel, I can only say that its price matches its quality—it’s fairly average.」

「The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.」

「After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「Breakfast was great.」

「I likes the cleanliness of the place. The rooms were clean. I was worried about the cleanliness of rooms being clean. The rooms were clean!」
