"清潔感はあり広々とした客室でとても有意義な時間を過ごせました。子供も大喜びでした。 冷蔵庫のウェルカムドリンクも最高でした。 簡単な調味料は置いてあるといいです"

"buffet breakfast is excellent"

"Great location and staff is friendly."

"Beautiful ryokan and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had. The meals were really excellent. Hotel is new so I guess the management still has to fine tune its service. For example, the dining times could be a little more flexible instead of just 2 fixed seatings for bf n dinner ; and a coffee making machine in the rooms would be a really welcome plus factor."

"Superb location in a gem of a village"

"The hotel was impeccable! Super courteous staff, private open air hot spring bath. Food was outstanding! Highly recommend"

"Spa is good."

"Very unique traditional onsen experience! Staff were very kind and helpful. Only stayed on night but it was perfect, very close to Yudanaka train station and Snow Monkey Park bus station, and only a mile walk from Shibu Hot Springs! Thank you very much. "

"Relaxing stay with everything taken care of from dinner to breakfast. Although we walked around f there is a free shuttle to bus terminal which is a few mins walk to the yubatake."

"Our stay here was amazing. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful, but the staff is what made our stay one of our favorite places while in Japan. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home."

"This was a warm, family run ryokan with excellent service in a good location near shops and restaurants. The onsen waters were fantastic. "

"Amazing breakfast and dinner, nice private indoor onsen, beautiful outdoor onsen"

"Amazing experience in a beautiful location. Fantastic staff and a 5 star dining experience. "

"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "

"Loved this place! Super clean and convenient. Loved the Onsen in the hotel. The shuttle to Yubatake was great! This was a great place to stay, even more so if you bring your dog as they are very dog friendly!"

"I think they are short staffed."

"Great hotel, with very attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself very clean and comfortable."
