「This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL.
