Absolutely loved our stay at the inn! The whole inn is so charming and the staff (including the owners Ray and Judy) were the best!!! They serve breakfast every morning, which was so good and they also had baked goods available all day and it was also phenomenal. We were very impressed how well the property was maintained and it’s nice that the inn is slightly off of Main Street which made it quieter experience. I highly recommend this inn!

Old Harbor Inn was a spectacular experience from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owners are amazing—always attentive to your needs and mindful of every detail of your stay. The room was lovely and very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The other facilities were also very comfortable; there was always something to eat—coffee, a fresh pastry, snacks, and an all-inclusive minibar—ensuring a truly pleasant experience. The breakfasts were delicious—prepared fresh for you to enjoy—and accompanied by excellent attention and service. But for me, the highlight of my stay at the Old Harbor Inn is the spectacular service from everyone there; they truly make you feel at home, care about what you need, and offer guidance and recommendations on where to go, where to eat, and so on. When we return to Cape Code the Old Harbor Inn will be our HOME again.

We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure.

This is not a hotel, which, since I booked via Hotels.com, I expected that it would be. Apparently, in New England an Inn is not a hotel. Holiday Inn is a hotel and they have Inn in the name, so we don’t know. It’s basically a $700 a night bed and breakfast. Clean and appears new, nicely appointed, but paper thin walls. We could hear our neighbor sneeze and he could hear us speaking softly. The back doors stay unlocked all night with no staff sitting guard. At 12:30 AM, we were awakened by someone loudly stomping around the outside porch and downstairs and banging a door. It was scary. It is not worth the price. If it were $250 a night, OK, but $700 including tax, we feel ripped off.

The innkeepers,Judy and Ray, make you feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was terrific. They have food and snacks and drinks available without additional charge all day and night. This is a wonderful and run by terrific people.

We had a wonderful visit to Chatham and enjoyed this B&B very much. The service was outstanding....great team. The Inn was comfortable and well located. Our room was a bit disappointing, however. Had a view of the parking lot and the ceiling in the room was an office-like drop ceiling that was 8 feet. so it felt a bit cramped. Would recommend but focus on staying in another room at the property.

The owner is on site and the bakery goods they provide are amazing. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff is very accommodating. I would recommend this place and I have never stayed at a Bed and breakfast. The only downfall for me was I was getting ready for a wedding and my hair is curly. Air condition was off as not needed in October. But hot shower made room very humid thus my hair became frizzy.

My husband and I have seen the Inn when walking by for years and have been interested in staying there. We finally made reservations a few months ago for a 4 day stay this past weekend. Our first mistake was not to request a room or query into what room we were assigned. The room we were given was horrible, and it was too late to make any changes or cancel. The room was small, cramped, and is dubbed "the pink room for a girls weekend away". NOT appropriate for a husband and wife couple. The shower curtain/rod kept falling down, and the cold water was on the left and the hot water on the right (and no written indication of the water temp and location) in the shower. The room has odd angles and was clearly an add-on that "Jack" seemed to have built. The cream colored wall paint does not fully cover the dark areas ("eyes") in the wood panelling. The Inn keepers are pleasant and kind. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. It isn't particularly tasty, a large quantity, or memorable. The pre made coffee upset my stomach, so we used the expreso machine they have, which worked fine. It was a 'fine' stay, but way overpriced. Not worth the $700/night. We like to rate Bed and Breakfasts with high marks because we know a lot of work goes into being Innkeepers. We also want to be honest. Much of the literature written by the Innkeepers is different from our experience. Hopefully you can read between the lines.
