「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」

「Everyone was very nice and helpful Staff was always polite and made a point to talk to you! Room was exactly like pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom not very private , can hear everything happening in there ! Great breakfast! Would not recommend parking your car here though. Parking deck is very small and tight. And limited spaces. They do have a list of other areas close by , as I came back from a concert and no parking available! Lobby is on the 3rd floor.」
