「I was overcharged and trying to solving the issue with the booking agent but 1 month past, nothing happened. Always receive the same excuse, the service for the booking agent and also the hotel is very poor.」

When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was...

「The hotel accommodations were spacious and provided us with multiple rooms for privacy and a kitchenette which was convenient.」

「Very nice and clean room with space. The only problem is the door of the toilet and it made a big noise when you close it.」
