Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was...

「The room is very large and location is good, close to airport only takes 10 mins ride. The only downside is bathroom/ shower tile has a lot of mold. Suggest to use bleach for the tiles.」
