"This hotel is a company favorite as it is close to our world HQ. But we do have many choices. Over the last 10 years the owners have worked hard to keep the Hilton promise. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and with earnest commitment. I feel like my business is valued. "

"Everything was perfect until before check out. It was not even time to check out when the hotel blocked all my keys. I had to go to front desk 4-5 times and yet they could not help me in my room to get my stuff. Very inconvenient and annoying "

"The room was great, the facility was great, breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, kitchen was stocked well, the PM guest attendant(at the front desk) was wonderful. BUUUUTTTT, as other reviewers have stated, they DO not clean your room during your stay. When we checked in, we were asked if wanted every other day service, since we were staying for a bit. We confirmed that's indeed what we would like. I even confirmed the morning of, that our room would be serviced. Because I read the other reviews. This DID NOT HAPPEN! They actually didn't service our room the entire stay. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and clean bedding. And we changed the bedding ourselves. We had a mountain of linens stacked in the middle of the room, becuase of their lack of attentiveness to the guest experience. I was disappointed, I called in the afternoon when we returned to our room to let them know it wasn't serviced and the woman literally said, "Ok, well there's nothing I can do about it". No attempt to problem solve, zero care. So if you want a great room, but don't care about your room getting cleaned, this is the place."

"Rude very rude desk person ignored my questions. Bathroom was nasty. Toilet seat had dried poop on it and under the lid. Would of canceled after the first interaction with him but already made the reservation that day. No cancelation could be made. It was sad that the desk guy was so rude. Im thinking it was because I wasnt hindu. Group of people there in the lobby I was the only non hindu. Rudeness like that shouldnt be tolerated. Just because you own the business doesn't mean you can treat people wrong!"
