"The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. "

"The room was clean, the hallways needed vacuumed as there was red dirt chunks from construction employees. It was there for days. Heating didn’t work in my room but staff fixed it as soon as I told them. The staff were friendly and helpful."
