This was a horrible hotel especially if you have children or pets! Garbage was all over the place our door was broken and the shower flooded the whole bathroom.

Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. They did not offer any kind of apology or help her in any way. Furthermore, the room was quite dirty (which explains the bedbugs) and many things did not work properly, e.g., the blinds. This meant that they had to choose between privacy and no natural sunlight. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

We checked in at 4:15 and our room was still not cleaned. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned. The bed was so hard and the pillows were throw pillow size instead of King sized and the ac unit was not getting the room cold. I would have hated to stay here in the summer. The best part was the breakfast and that was alright for a free breakfast.

It had a good rating, but... I would not stay here again. The breakfast was almost nothing there. Some things were not working, and there was no one to restock the breakfast items. I have traveled for 50 years. I expect a little more.

Lobby looked good so I had high hopes for the room. All I can say is the beds were comfortable. Bathtub needed a good scrubbing . Toilet was wobbly-was afraid I'd tumble off at some point. Outlet by sink was hanging out of the wall. Breakfast-yuck. Coffee machine was broken, but did see a new one being wheeled in when we left.

This is an older (cheaper) property, so go in with that expectation and you won't be disappointed. The facility is older, and reasonably maintained, but shows its age. The room was clean, clean linens, clean bathroom and had a fridge and microwave. Fairly quiet area and well lit parking lot, and doesn't feel insecure. Overall, if you're looking for reasonably priced accomodations, its a good place, but has no frills and is a bit dated. I've stayed here several times over the last couple years and its not too far from Downtown Charlotte, and does the job.

Gym equipment was broken. Breakfast they said there would be yogurt and bread and eggs. I got down there there was 2 pieces old bread and a tray with dry egg pieces. The staff were in the back of the hotel cooking, however there was trash EVERYWHERE. Old packages of meat trays everywhere on the ground. It smelled so bad. 0/10 Staff was okay, but they lied about what they provided, and they are the ones causing the trash. They are cooking in the back of the hotel their dinner and throwing the garbage on the ground outside their door. They take those Otis psunkmeyer mini muffins the cake ones and put them on a tray individually for the staff to eat and they looked extremely old. I’ll never in my life go here again

Absolutely disgusting. Walked in to our room at midnight exhausted after getting done at a concert and as soon as we turn the lights on roaches start running everywhere!! The front desk did not want to help and still charged me so now I am having to dispute the charge and I had to drive back home 4 hours at midnight!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

The room smellled like pee and when I told the front seat that I wanted disinfectant they said that the room was clean and it was not needed. The door to the room did not lock and was a huge safety concern. The toilet stopped working and the assistant manager said he’d give me a plunger for me to fix it on my own since maintenance was not available

I paid in advance and called the location 3 times from 10 am, then at 1pm, then at 4pm and advise I would not be there at the property for check in until the morning at 7:30 am. Despite me calling in advance and everything when I get to the hotel at 7:30, the receptionist tells me it was marked as a no show. I looked at him and said I called 3 times and he started a back and forth with me saying he doesn’t have anything, I show him the number as I am calling which clearly was the property and showed the history that showed time as well. Then he changed up and said “oh I was gonna say I found the reservation, are you gonna let me explain?” I just drove 12 hours. I called in advance to not have an issue. He gave us 1 room key and stated breakfast was available. The picture was a total catfish because it shows a full breakfast. Mind you it was 7:30. I was starving from my trip to get to the breakfast that had just opened and find what looked like plastic eggs and a pack of little bites opened with the muffins on a spread sheet. Are you kidding me? The only reason I asked for a place is because I wanted a hot breakfast in the morning. I could’ve gone anywhere else and paid less or the same for the service I got here. I get to the room, the ac worked, thank god. The fridge and microwave did not.Bed was made but not cleaned or sheets were not changed. I had to put my own blankets to cover the bedding. The only thing more welcoming than them were the crackheads in the block
