For the most part . I would say that they were understaffed. It took 45 minutes to check in and somehow there were two reservations and my card was charged 3 times . I will admit that most of the staff was professional at night time however, sitting on your cell phone while at the front desk didn’t seem inviting .

Every time we travel to Matthew’s we stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is really good! And it is convenient to many places.
