「Upon arrival to the Charleston place , we were greeted by our names by everyone and friendly and informative information ! It was my husband’s birthday, so what a nice surprise for him ! Our whole stay was , great ! From the service to to rooms ! Comfortable and accommodating! Great location and the lounge -bar , I loved ! Warm and cozy and inviting ! I definitely recommend staying here and will go back ! Thank you to all the staff ! 」

「This place was amazing. The staff were great. Loved the specialized attention that was provided. It felt like you were coming home to family every night. Loved the wine and appetizers, free full breakfast every morning, nothing was lacking. Liked it was a way from the noise of all the tourist. We will be back. Don’t waste your money on any other place. 」

「Great hotel with wonderful staff. Food, drinks, roof top bar were all excellent. Especially enjoyed the transport service. Wish there were more USB charger outlets in rooms. Turn down service/room service was inconsistent. Would highly recommend for quiet, relaxing stay in Charleston. 」
