The lady at the front desk finally got a master key, and thankfully my belongings were still in the room. I had called my son by this time and had decided to leave but was told that my son he would not be reimbursed because they offered me another room as a solution, which I did not ask for, therefore wasn’t a solution for me. I ended up packing, moved to another room, went to dinner. Got back, people were everywhere and a fire truck was there. But the key card worked. The employees were nice. Manager, not so much
