We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit! "

"We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service. The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back in Spring! "
