Rooms smell like smoke even if a non-smoking floor/room. It was, however, a beautiful and clean looking hotel. The hotel charges to use the amenities they offer to potential customers. Be aware. Staff is young and will often laugh and whisper about you, in front of you. It’s very inappropriate, as they assume you do not speak any mandarin. The location was not ideal for us. I would not stay here unless on business in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised that the Vaya hotel is so welcoming, the staff is so friendly, and the room so comfortable and clean.
