Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit. 「Pas d’air climatisé dans aucune chambre, la douche téléphone retenait le couvercle de l’extracteur d’air de la salle de bains. La tête de la douche téléphone devait être appuyée pour se tenir car autrement elle tombait. On avait oublié de mettre tapis de sortie de bain.」

「Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...
