Exceptional staff and practical hotel

Affordable, practical hotel for a family of three. The staff were amazing, especially Wilmer who went above and beyond to help us when we faced unexpected challenges.

Great for the Zenith

Great hotel if you're going to a concert at the Zenith Metropole. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but for a one night stay it was perfect - and with plenty of free parking.

We used this hotel as a stop over on the way back to the ferry home. The room was very basic. A very thin curtain, comfy bed but really hard pillows. It was fine for a stopover but was expecting a little more from the guest rating and price when I booked. Fine if you’re expecting basic and it was clean but I have stayed in much better premier inns.

Un hôtel moyen pour un prix moyen. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure… nous avons eu une chambre (probablement supérieure) PMR au RDC, sombre et humide. La VMC dans la salle de bain ne semblait pas fonctionner. Nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Bref, si vous chercher un hôtel pas trop cher sans trop d’attente, ça passe. Mais nous, nous n’y retournerons pas.

Bon rapport qualité prix !

Établissement correct l'accueil est très bien, la chambre propre est fonctionnelle, le lit semble mou mais au final agréable. La salle de bains est un peu exiguë mais convient. Seul bémol l'insonorisation extérieure du bruit venant de la chambre au-dessus des bruits de meubles qu'on déplace sans arrêt...pas assez insonorisée.

Quand la propreté tue l'ambiance

L'état de propreté était excellent, mais quand l'odeur des produits utilisés est tellement forte qu'elle vous empêche de dormir .... Nettoyer c'est bien, empoisonner l'est moins ... Nous avons fait bouillir de l'eau dans la bouilloire 2 fois : le soir et le matin et les 2 fois nos boissons chaudes étaient imbuvables à cause du goût des produits nettoyants ! Sinon vos efforts sont louables, vous pouvez utiliser des produits plus respectueux.

Déplacement pour un centre hospitalier, emplacement parfait pour s'y rendre. Seul bémol c'est un zone pseudo industrielle avec peu de charme; La beauté reste dans la chambre qui est d’une surface modeste malgré le choix d'une chambre confort.
