「The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.」

「We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!」

「This hotel was very beautiful with a unique/quirky and cosy design. The bed was extremely comfortable and had large windows in the bedroom with beautiful views. Nice hot shower and the bathroom even had under tile heating. Friendly check in staff too. Didn't want to leave 」
