「The room I booked was not available and the owner’s wife upgraded me for no extra charge. I was very impressed with her attitude to make things right. The bed was most comfortable that I have ever stayed in and the pillows were new. 」

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here.
