「Well the location is good and reception is good. Breakfast at the normal level but they didn’t provide me clean towel at my second night. I’ve asked it and housekeeping didn’t take away the wet towel at my sink. The rest is fine. 」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「The hotel is near airport. You can take No.10 bus from airport to Pailly station, it just takes 10 mins to the hotel. Also, easy to go to down town. Take the same bus to the down town only take 15mins. For the room, it is large enough to open your baggage and very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated which is very nice. And the sink is outside the toilet. For the staff, they are kind and helpful. So I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit ...

「Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quiet neighbourhood. Bus and tram stops just a block away for connection to spots in Geneva as well as airport and train station. It is interesting that other than tea bags and instant coffee, they also have a couple of candies in room.」

「Old building, everything you see is old. The closet door can't even close. Room is clean, size is decent, bed was okay. But you can clearly hear the voice from next door. And the wifi is like doesn't exist, you can only connect the wifi in bathroom and still super weak reception. The bathroom is suuuper small, the shower can fit 1 skinny person with standstill. 」
