「We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing stay for us. Overall it was waste of money and time. We didn’t even stay there and left the place 」

There were several major issues during our stay: * Fresh food was not available. Many menu items were unavailable, and we were told they could only serve whatever food they had left. * Loud music continued until around 1:00 AM, which made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or properly enjoy our stay. * Several...
