「Great property and wonderful staff」

「Great place, even warmer staff that really make the place worth the stay. Great food and very cozy bar! We stayed in the mountain suite which was great value for money. Will stay here again next time we visit」

「We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch 」

「Nice hotel with brilliant views of the snow capped mountains. The rooms look a bit tired although are comfortable. No AC but you don’t really need it and no heating which you do need - so ask for a heater. Food is limited but what they do is nice.」

「Rooms were not clean , bad bedsheets, terrible food. if there is an option to give zero star for service i qualty of food i would. only manager was nice person but nobody listen him 」

「We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing stay for us. Overall it was waste of money and time. We didn’t even stay there and left the place 」
