「Travelers BEWARE! When we arrived at close to 5:00 PM, the room was not ready. Room had a weird stench and there was hair on the bed. The property is ONE room with multiple bets in a private home with an independent entrance. The neighborhood is not one that you want to be caught walking outside at night. It was super noisy with cars driving by late at night with very loud music and planes flying over. Moreover there were some banging repetitive noises that I hope were fireworks. I feel that...

「I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.」

「The resort was outstanding. It exceeded expectations in every way. The service was the best we had in Panama. The cocktails were fun and the food was delicious and they have a vegan menu. We stayed in a king room and it was very private, pristine and well appointed.」

「Was alone most of the time, only person running the restaurant was around. Good food. Not really good beach, hard rocks underfoot in water. Town doesn’t have much to say for itself. But if you want tropical quiet then this is the place.」

「Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are large and clean. Only thing I would have liked that was not there was a fridge. We were able to store our luggage for the day to explore and when we returned the free shuttle to the airport was quick. The hotel is close to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Panamá City. If you are hoping to explore the city it may not be the property you want to stay at unless you are willing to Uber to downtown.」
