整體舒服, 乾浮, 服務好, 食物OK, SPA 非常好, 自駕遊較佳 但第2晚突然停電一小時, 打去LOBBY 問, 話全區停電, 但在對面房的朋友是沒有停的 我覺得住上3晚以上, 先可以享受所有酒店設施

Good experience in the hotel. First hotel after arrive thai, gave us best image of thai people. Nice smile, good services, nice and diverse choices of breakfast. Big room soft mattress. Definitely the best hotel we've tired. Will come again.

Relax environment, Good SPA service and nice staff
we stayed 2 nights and really feel relax during the stays, the "White Oven" restaurant are very good with nice food & friendly staff (they even remember our taste of coffee). The SPA is good with reasonable price. You can join yoga lesson in the morning and sun bathing in the afternoon. The gym room is good and clean.

蜜月旅行，所以選擇比較隱密的渡假村，希望好好享受酒店、Spa、海灘、餐廳，但遇到下雨天，無法好好享受，我們11月去，下大雨馬路還淹水，離華欣有點遠，有接駁車每人100台幣。

飯店接待人員都蠻冷漠的，我們主動微笑還有小朋友主動打招呼也不太回應，廁所裡有個管道間ㄧ直滴水，所以睡覺時都有滴水聲，浴室蓮蓬頭水柱非常強，幫小孩洗澡小孩被沖的很痛，要用毛巾包著蓮蓬頭才可以（連大人沖都刺痛），泳池水不太乾淨，消毒水放很多，但整體氛圍浪漫悠閒，利弊參半

酒店設計漂亮有特色，浪漫。
酒店房間漂亮，設計很有特色，服务也很好，樓底超高，營做房間超大空间感。另外本人十分欣赏酒店浴室設計，采用開放式超高雨淋設計，超有特色及氣勢。本人十分欣赏及喜欢。十分適合情侶浪漫。另外值得一贊的是房間所有飲料及零食是免费的，本人十分欣赏及做法大體。晚飯的时候也注意到客人的感受，因一些延遲令本人不悅也做出相應的補償及補夠，証明酒店很在意服务這一點，值得稱贊，唯一缺点是位置有點偏僻，附近没有什么景点，出入一定要叫車，但整体是十分滿意，值得推荐的。

非常好的建築設計，不算新但維持還不錯，早䬸很好，服務有禮有很好的笑容。 泳池的工作人員壞了飯店該有的水準、餐廳的餐點不多且價位和品質不成正比， 我們住宿時客人很少因此非常安靜。設計和悠閒是飯店最好的．交通有些不便， 如能租車代步或採買會更好些

Excellent room but disappointed with the beach
Very far away, even the taxi driver got lost on the way. Excellent room excellent service. However, got disappointed with the beach, the sand is so rocky, water is not blue but milky because the wave is too big, and not suitable for swimming. Although it seems to be the same shore with Hua Hin, the beach has very different texture. What a waste! Only nice to swim in the pool, but quite boring because we have children.

距離市區不近，需30分鐘左右的計程車車程前往華欣市區，費資500B，但也因此度假氣息濃厚，附近幾乎沒有開發，步行也到不了餐館或店鋪。飯店附設的海灘很美，海水也較華欣乾淨。 房間挑高很高，空間富現代感，很能靜下心來的場所， 香氛和沐浴用品都是柑橘香調，頗為怡人。 早餐堪稱豐盛，種類很多， 房間配備的零食飲料免費，飲水隨時聯繫便可補充， 飯店附設餐廳也不算昂貴，所以縱使整天待在飯店也不匱乏， 員工親切助人，是適合放鬆度假的旅館。

還以為一間很休閒的酒店，怎料房間滿佈了蚊子。酒店周圍是填水，public area 也很多蚊子，令人很難受。不過向酒店反映過後，他們很落力跟進，前台經理Poy很盡職，他們的服務的確不差，只是硬件上令人有點失望

飯店有點偏遠，雖然有提供免費的接駁車，但一天只有兩次，我們12點離開請飯店派車到七岩，收費300B,價格太貴，早餐非常豐富，早上有免費的yoga課程，非常適合渡假而不喜歡到其它景點旅遊的旅客，飯店的Spa做的很好，還提供五折的優惠，浴室及房間都很棒，推薦給大家

All the staff were nice and friendly, you will be welcomed with tea and towel, staff will lead you to your room and present all the facilities in hotel. The only thing that was not good enough is the location of the hotel,it is only convenient if you drive by yourself.

Serene location, detail service
First of all, the architecture is great. The service is excellent and the hotel paid much attention to service details. E.g. Pre-chilled water, Organic mosquito repellent, good quality bathing salt, independent wifi router in each room, etc are provided. There was also a friendly staff who led us to the room and introduced the features of the huge room. Overall, it's excellent.
