"Lack of leadership shows. Meal times are such a chaos. Staff does not know what they are doing. Not organized. Dirty plates stay on the tables, so if you are late, you can not find a clean table. When you request a drink , they forget and never bring it to you. There has to be on the ground supervisor ..."
