"We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."

From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. "
