"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower "

"Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess.
I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but...
