「The staff came outside to greet us, check-in was quick and efficient. The two individuals working the front desk were very personable and helpful. Elevator was secure and quiet, hallway immaculate as was the room. Bed very comfortable, large shower, even a heated bathroom floor. Snacks, drinks, including wine were available to purchase in the room. Tea and coffee maker also available. Quiet and luxurious, not one complaint. And, Lied Performing Arts Center a short walk across the street. ...

「stayed 12/12/2025 for a concert at the royal grove. it was 10/10. the man at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. i hope he is valued as an employee because he’s doing it right. the fresh baked cookies in the lobby???? chefs kiss. the hotel was like a warm hug which was so nice to feel considering how cold it was outside. room was super clean and comfortable. breakfast was good!! free breakfast, free parking, decent nightly rate, friendly staff, good location. can’t beat it. would 100% stay...
