「호텔이 오래되어 약간씩 수리가 필요한 부분이 있습니다. 방문도 매끄럽게 잘 닫히지 않고, 에어컨도 히터 기능이 동작하지 않습니다. 우스터 지역의 수도 문제인지 물도 약간의 흙탕물입니다. 그 외에는 나쁘지 않지만 조금 개선한다면 더 좋을거 같습니다. 」

「We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....

「The treehouse would be tricky for people with knee issues to get to, but we were undaunted by the stairs because the ambiance of staying in a treehouse was magical. The main pool is great and the private pool at the treehouse was an unexpected delight. Perhaps providing additional dustbins for recycling items could be an improvement, but the view, the rooms, the braai, and being surrounded y nature was thoroughly enjoyable! 」

「Een prachtige villa in de middle of nowhere. Just what we needed! Wild Olive House is self-service, maar perfect als je met een kleine op vakantie bent. Contact met Vicky van de Farmhouse Guest rooms ging prima. Soms een tikkie stug, maar als je wat langer praat ook gewoon heel vriendelijk. We hebben een Game Drive met Esmeralda gedaan en dat was fantastisch. Heel vriendelijk en een prachtige drive, veel informatie en ondanks dat ze niet de Big Five hebben, voelde het soms zelfs meer bijzonder...
