「My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor. I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.」

「We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were here for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious. We had a balcony that faced the water, but it was a standing balcony. You could not have any chairs out there. The views were spectacular and the hotel is very well maintained. The only complain I have is that it is advertise that they have a spa and they do not have a spa. It closed during Covid and never opened. Also, there is no pool. Our days at the hotel at the time the temperature was extremely hot in...

「El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, nos dio calor al dormir, abrimos la puerta del balcón para que entrará aire frio, mi cuarto era pequeño y no había donde poner las maletas que teníamos varias. ESO si el personal sumamente agradables. Todo cerca, restaurantes variados y tiendas.」

「Muy bien en todos los aspectos. Un hotel con mucho encanto y muy original. Se ve que tiene sus años, pero de ahí el encanto; y la decoración acorde a la temática. La habitación bien de tamaño, limpia y acogedora. El jardin grande y precioso. Muy bonito en general. Se admiten mascotas, pero no molestan nada. Ubicación muy buena, a poca distancia de todo. En cuanto al personal, un 10. Muy atentos y simpáticos. Si vuelvo a Laredo lo elegiré de nuevo, sin dudarlo.」

「Für das, was das Zimmer geboten hat, war es zu teuer. Sauber und freundliches Personal, aber im Zimmer zeigten sich einige Spuren der vergangenen Jahre: Angeschlagene Ecken an Möbeln, riesige Macken im Fußboden und ein muffiger Geruch beim Betreten des Zimmers. Als wenn immer Feuchtigkeit vorhanden ist und aufgrund der kleinen Fenster lässt sich schlecht durchlüften. Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten.」
