「Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. 「The unit wasn't correctly stocked with glasses and things as it should be. I would expect a drying up cloth and a sponge or washing up cloth coming from overseas it's not something I would pack on a plane. For the cost I would not expect to bring my own no wine glasses etc. Shower head in main bathroom was completely broken. Otherwise location was great and everything else was superb just needs a little maintenance. Easy fixes really easy fixes to make it wonderful」
