"The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it. I really enjoyed how the windows opened and you could get all the sound and smells of the city through the day. It is loud at night, but every place I have stayed in Quito is as well. The motorcycles are loud at night, but it is a large city. I would have liked to have more instructions on where to take out trash because I was staying for a while. The views are great and I recommend this property over a hotel. "

"Hotel is excellent with 3 restaurants. Pharmacy and an array of shops and beautiful art. The pool looked great. I wish I was here longer. Nice neighborhood with many food options and a short distance from old town."

"Excellent stay in Quito at JW Marriott. Check in was very efficient and our room for three was large and nicely appointed. The spa and fitness area was one of the best I’ve used in any hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay. "

"I never got to stay as when I went to check in, the room was already rented to someone else. When contacting the property owner, he advised someone booked it already on another platform, which led me to have to find another location. "

"The hardest part was finding the place then getting in the door. Security Is obviously highly prioritised. The apartment was lovely, well stocked with everything you need to stay. Very clean and in good working order. Great balcony overlooking the surrounds and the lights at night were great"
