"Upon my arrival. I observed the cleanliness around in the building and in parking lot. The staff on duty Spozhmai was awesome she was handling and situation with the customers in front of me that prompt her to reach out to Supervisor and took her longer than usual to get to me.She handle that so gracefully and was apologizing the whole time while checking me in. She didnt cut me short, or seem impatient. She did an amazing job and thanks for the fresh bake cookies.Spozhmai continue to keep up the great customer service and Thank you!"
