「This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value.」

「All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, love the overall design and setting in the hillsides. The restaurant food was delicious and services was great. We enjoy the peaceful and comfort of our room with the balcony. Getting away from all the heavy traffic and congestion was our main goal with this place. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.」

「Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

「男旅行で宿泊しました。 とにかく広くて大きい3LDKの部屋を用意していただきました。トイレも合計３つ、シャワーも２つあり、大学生の旅行なのにラグジュアリー気分を味わえました。 冷蔵庫、アメニティ、キッチンすべて申し分なく、マッサージチェアもついていて最高でした。ダナン中心地からかなり離れていますが、grabはすぐ来るのでなにも問題ありませんでした。朝ごはんも美味しくて全てが最高でした」

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. 「Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home.
