「I love the view here! I am a Malaysian and travelling with my sister. The bed is so comfy and so clean. Oh yeah, it looks quite small in picture but in reality it fits just fine. They have extra sofa bed in rook just in case you want to have extra bed space. They speaks limited english, but you can use translate. There are motorbike rental service as well for 130,000 vnd per day. I wish coffee and other condiments are provided for free. We ate a few of it and we need to pay hehe 」

「今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件 这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间 服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店」

The style of this hotel is fashionable, the staff is friendly and courteous, the breakfast level attached to the hotel is quite good, it suits my taste, and I am willing to assist the passengers and try to solve the passenger's problems. The staff are sincere and smiling, the hotel environment is maintained. Very neat, is a restaurant I like very much.」

「The staff was very kind. We initially had two separate rooms. When we asked if we could have one large family room, the manager was very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Da Lat again.」

「Best place we stayed at. The front desk staff are so nice and accommodating. I forgot my medicine in the fridge and they contacted me immediately. We also had to check out at noon and were an hour late. They supported our tardiness from our activities without charging us extra. They also held all our bags while we finished the last two activities before our flight. Overall great experience and can’t wait to come back!! 」
