「酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充， 完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。」

「The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper.
