"This was my first time staying in a Riu Hotel and I was incredibly impressed. It was super clean, the staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was awesome. Five stars!!"

"While I was only there for several hours...sleeping most of the time...the purpose of the stay was to get to DFW by 3am for a 5am flight. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the facilities...cool coffee maker in the lobby. Why the elevators were at the rear of the property from the front desk is a bit of a mystery. The DFW shuttle was on time, though being operated by a third party...so a few other hotels were stopped at before getting to DFW."

"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"

"Hallways in upper floors need some updating. Fee to self park is pretty pricey."
