「The whole property was spotless and had everything we needed」

「Breakfast and property/room is just good enough to what you paid for (£49-1 night for a double room 2A). Also included parking.」

「Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.」

「The rooms and I say rooms because we had to refuse the first room which had faulty central heating, excessive water on bathroom floor and a bed with worn out mattresses. To add insult to injury they threaten to call the police instead of offering another room when my wife complained. The second room also had flooded bathroom, broken TV, faulty window and faulty heating we endured the three nights but will never return. 」

「OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

「Nice room and great breakfast but bed was a bit hard and the sink in our room filled up and water took ages to go down. Also black bits came out of the cold tap so we didn’t fancy drinking the water from it. 」

「room was fine. staff good but house keeping let it down. never changed towels or emptied bin. didnt wash up cutlery. just a little lazy. food in bar is way too expensive so didnt eat.」
