"The annoying thing was that there was a voucher in the hotel bedroom offering a ten percent discount on dinner. We didn't have it with us when we dined and the head waiter refused to give us a discount. The hotel reception apologised for this when we booked out but it was then to late to get any money back. Another annoyance at the hotel restaurant was that they refused to let us pay the bill partly in cash (our remaining local currency) and the balance by card."
