"Everything was great. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. The room was spotless and the view next to the river was amazing. The breakfeast was superb as well. I reccomend the beef dumplings 100%. 10/10 I will stay here again."

The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. "I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone for 9 nights. The place is clean, quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. I don't speak or understand Chinese, but the staff were all very patient and we managed to communicate just fine. If you are in the area I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for certain!!"
