「Room was very spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, great location - 5~10 mins walk to Robson street, 5 mins walk to Vancouver Habour. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.」

「We stayed for 5 nights in the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver to celebrate our 10th anniversary. However the hotel quality is not as good as expected. The lamp and the phone is full of dust! The tea and the puff is not filling up properly; the filled up shampoo and soup just scatter around the mirror area, instead of putting properly in the shower room!」

「We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions. 」
