「Service desk for check in was not friendly. When I entered my room to use the bathroom, the toilet was not working. Hand towel had been used and there was toilet paper in the toilet. Hand soap was also used. Went back to service desk to get a different room, attendant did not say sorry or do an upgrade. When we discussed parking, he had not given me the full information on how I would pay for the garage, etc. I picked this hotel because it was highly rated, but that was not my experience.」

「It was clean a little dated, but it was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I would go back again.」

「Excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious protein. Very clean room, the front desk gentleman, Robert was amazingly patient as we had plenty of issues with our reservation thanks to Expedia. He finally was able to determine the problem Expedia was causing with the payment being transferred. He is definitely a five star employee!」
