"It's a basic room with a safe box and two bottles of water. No kettle for coffee or tea. The room has nice bed and strong pressure for shower. If you travel solo you get one key card so everything get shut off in the room. The location of the room can get confusing because there are three buildings and three floors. You room maybe in building number 3 on 2nd floor. You will need to familiar where your room is located from the reception which it is on the 3 rd floor building number 1. The place is next to the mall call Central Samui. You can easily get to the mall from the parking lot next door. You will need to use your key card to access the all the doors and elevator."

"Room was in an excellent location, close to pool, breakfast and beach. Clean, well appointed and comfortable; a speacial shout out to Meow, our housekeeper. She was amazing, very polite and always made sure our room was spotless! We stayed in a spa villa verses the Deluxe Pool Room we normally choose; we like this room better. We love the Chaweng Regency location as it makes getting around easy. We like the gated parking and either rent a car or scooter and allowing us get to anywhere on the island while staying centrally in a resort that we love. The staff are always wonderful. The beach is our favorite and thw views are always great. "

"What a beautiful hotel . Centrally located and walking distance of everything you need . Right on the ocean with 2 very nice pools , although not as large as other hotels I have stayed in . The monkey pool is like a winding river. The rooms are huge and clean . The tv selection is large with Netflix and Amazon . The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The beach is beautiful . What a great hotel . If you are coming from Phuket or Bangkok ( not just the airports) change money there . The exchange rate is lower in Samui by about 4%. "

"Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing regarding a recent stay booked through Expedia. The room we received did not match the photo and description shown on your website. The image presented was a key factor in our booking decision, and the actual room was clearly different. The hotel agreed to move us to a room that matched what was advertised, but required an additional payment of 2,000 THB per night. As we had already paid for the room as presented online, we had no reasonable alternative and paid an extra 8,000 THB for 4 nights. The hotel manager advised me to contact Expedia directly, as the discrepancy relates to how the room was displayed on your platform. As a loyal Expedia customer, I kindly request reimbursement of the additional 8,000 THB. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution of this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
