「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need...
