"Location. location and location right neext to Sete Rios train station and Jardim Zoológico Metro, so only 10 minutes from Lisbon central. The lifts take a while to get used to, however you do not have to wait too long as they intelligently assign you a lift dependent on your destination. The rooms are excellent with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning and very proficient cleaning staff. I cannot recommend the breakfast enough, by far the best hotel breakfast I've had well worth the money with the share quality and quantity of options, from Jamon cut from the pigs leg fresh to omellletes made to order, to genuine FRESH orange juice and REAL back bacon, save room for the fresh pastries. The concierge service is knowledgeable and actually helpfull. It's my 3rd stay, highly recommended, you get what you pay for and if you value quality, then this is worth it. P.S. Their is a LIDL 5mins from the hotel so you can save on the mini bar."

"We needed to change rooms as the first was too noisy but they did it without any problems Although breakfast had a good variety there was no alterations beyond the initial choice . The hotel location was good for getting to other parts of Lisbon and the airport"

"We had an excellent stay in Lisbon and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was unbeatable—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The only minor drawback was the hotel restaurant. While the food was decent, it didn’t quite live up to the rest of the experience. We also attended the Fado night, which unfortunately felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the authentic atmosphere we were hoping for. That said, this was a very small part of an otherwise fantastic stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we would happily return. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5!"

"Our room had just about every amenity we would want, including a refrigerator, a safe, an espresso maker, and a kettle for boiling water. There was a small balcony, and inside there comfortable seating for eating and for working, and both the desk and the bedside tables had USB ports as well as convenient electrical outlets. It was easy to control the bedside and room lights from either side of the large, comfortable bed. We don't use cable entertainment much, but we enjoyed watching the World Cup final in our room. Our quiet room overlooked the large pool and garden; I enjoyed doing Tai Chi by the pool and did swim once, when I took a day off from tourism and the meeting my wife was attending across the street at the Universidade Catolica. We paid an extra 50 euros per night for breakfast and access to the executive lounge, where an excellent buffet was presented each day from 17:30 to 19:30. Coffee, beer, wine, and soft drinks were available throughout the day. I have to say that the coffee pods in our room were MUCH better quality than the coffee served in the restaurant or the lounge. We stayed for ten days, and the Marriott restaurant coffee was the only bad coffee I drank in Lisbon. Do they really think no one will notice? The wine served in the lounge was not memorable. The beer was Sangres, the Portuguese national brand; I like dark beer, so I preferred Sangres Preta over Sangres Bock."
